Group G fixtures were the first to be determined on December 8, 2007 in Vienna. Group I fixtures were determined on December 14, 2007 in Amsterdam. Group I will finish in September 2009, but Group G will finish in October 2009.The other seven groups will convene at later times to determine their schedules. These dates will be given at the end of this post.
